Cancellation Policy

At Friends Five Star Hairdressing, we value our clients and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness to both our stylists and clients , we have a 48hr cancellation policy in place.

* Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or Reschedule your appointment, please notify us at 48hrs in advance.

* Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48hrs of the appointment time may be subject to 50% fee

* No-shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you may be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

* Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services. this deposit is non- refundable if you cancel your appointment within 48hrs of your appointment.

* Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment, and a fee may apply.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We want every client to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience, while we take great care in maintaining a clean and safe environment, we kindly ask clients to be mindful of their personal belongings.

​

* Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings while at the salon

* Storage: We provide designated areas for coats and other items, but we encourage clients to keep valuables with them.

* Lost or Damaged items: Friends Five Star Hairdressing is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged personal items, including clothing, jewellery, electronic devices or accessories.

* Product & Chemical Exposure: While we take special precautions to protect you, hair products and colour treatments may come into contact with clothing or accessories. We recommend wearing suitable attire and removing delicate or valuable items before your appointment.

Complaints Procedure 

​

At Friends, we are committed to providing high- quality services and ensuring our clients leave satisfied and happy. However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Step 1: Raise your concern

* If you are unhappy with your service, please inform your stylist before you leave the salon ideally so we can address the issue immediately 

* If you notice a problem after leaving, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment.

Step 2: Contact Us

* Call us at 01767 682789 or email us at friendsfivestar@outlook.com with details of your complaint 

* If applicable, please include photos and a description of the issue.

Step 3: Resolution Process

* We will acknowledge your complaint with 48hours if not before

* We will ask you to come in so a manager can see you in person and discuss between us the best way forward to resolve the situation.

* If there is an error on our behalf we will strive to get you in asap to resolve the issue

* Refunds are down to managers discretion.
